    dark corridor
    dead spider

the room was so dark and located down a gloomy, torturous corridor, i almost felt like i was in a horror movie. then there was that charming dead spider above my head that woke me up at 4 a.m.—wonderful touch, really. i also expected a delightful upgrade for my troubles, but alas, was left disappointed. just couldn’t give a good review.

    great location
    outdated room

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The garden and pool area offered a great escape, and we appreciated the peaceful ambience. Plus, easy access to bike rides and lovely walks was a bonus!

Room 8 could really use a makeover. it felt a bit cramped and dated. A thorough clean would definitely improve the overall experience.

    Ideal for dog lovers

Had a great time with my dogs they welcomed us all with open arms. The evening meals were tailored to our taste and the atmosphere was just right for relaxing.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still fair price given the service.

    Charming, Charming, Charming

The spacious garden area is a perfect spot for soaking in the sun while sipping your morning coffee. I loved diving into the refreshing pool after a long day of exploration—truly a blissful escape! Each breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the mouthwatering fresh options that left me wanting more.

    incredible value
    best breakfast

Just a strong match for a short weekend trip in Saint Peter Port with incredible value for money. Breakfast was the best I've had, with freshly made toast and avocado being a standout. Try to ask for the breakfast menu early to enjoy their amazing options.

    cozy communal areas
    elegant conservatory
    accessible navigation
    limited bathroom space
    needed plumbing updates

The communal areas felt like a cozy hug, especially the elegant conservatory, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while watching the world go by. It's great for seniors to navigate with their charming yet practical decor.

Improve bathroom space for easy maneuvering.

The hotel had a lovely large garden, perfect for relaxing with my kids. Breakfast was a real treat too, with plenty of options including fresh items made to order. My father especially enjoyed spending time by the pool.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities nearby.
